Same-Day Delivery: Receive all RAW files on the same day of the photoshoot.

📸 Photoshoots & Tours: Photoshoots cannot be combined with other guided tours unless you arrange it with us first.
👗 Dress Code:
Ladies: Avoid very open or revealing dresses, as security may refuse entry at the main gate.
Wedding dresses and formal suits are not permitted inside the Pyramids area.
Flying dresses are not allowed inside the Pyramids area but can be provided for Rooftop Photoshoots.
👚 Outfit Changes: Changing outfits inside the Pyramids area is prohibited. Please arrive in the outfit you wish to be photographed in.
👠 Footwear: High heels are not recommended due to sand and uneven ground. Comfortable shoes are best.
🎥 Equipment Restrictions: Wireless microphones, tripods, and smart glasses/camera glasses are strictly not allowed inside the Pyramids area.
⏰ Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Multiple sessions are scheduled daily, and late arrival will shorten your allocated photoshoot time.
Booking & Deposit:
After you choose your date and time slot, we will confirm your request and issue an invoice. A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is payable after the photoshoot.
Sales Tax:
A 4.5% sales tax will be added to the invoice total.
Refund Policy:
Cancellation more than 3 days before the photoshoot: Full deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation within 3 days of the photoshoot: Deposit is non-refundable.
