⚡ Delivery Timeline

- Same-Day Delivery: Receive all RAW files on the same day of the photoshoot.
- Edited Collection: Within 3–4 days, receive 30 professionally edited photos (chosen by you from the RAW files).

📌 Important Guidelines for Your Photoshoot

📸 Photoshoots & Tours: Photoshoots cannot be combined with other guided tours unless you arrange it with us first.
👗 Dress Code:
- Ladies: Avoid very open or revealing dresses, as security may refuse entry at the main gate.
- Wedding dresses and formal suits are not permitted inside the Pyramids area.
- Flying dresses are not allowed inside the Pyramids area but can be provided for Rooftop Photoshoots.
👚 Outfit Changes: Changing outfits inside the Pyramids area is prohibited. Please arrive in the outfit you wish to be photographed in.
👠 Footwear: High heels are not recommended due to sand and uneven ground. Comfortable shoes are best.
🎥 Equipment Restrictions: Wireless microphones, tripods, and smart glasses/camera glasses are strictly not allowed inside the Pyramids area.
⏰ Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Multiple sessions are scheduled daily, and late arrival will shorten your allocated photoshoot time.

💳 Payment & Refund Policy

Booking & Deposit:
After you choose your date and time slot, we will confirm your request and issue an invoice. A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is payable after the photoshoot.
Sales Tax:
A 4.5% sales tax will be added to the invoice total.
Refund Policy:
- Cancellation more than 3 days before the photoshoot: Full deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation within 3 days of the photoshoot: Deposit is non-refundable.
